Payment Method

Vekla accepts all major credit cards, and Paypal. All payments are processed in a secure and encrypted environment, hosted either by Shopify, our E-commerce platform, or by Paypal.

Shipping

Postage and handling is automatically added to all orders at checkout. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the items in your order, and your location. For all countries, items are shipped by DHL Express International. On customer's request, national postal service (Bpost) can be used. This is especially the case for countries where courier delivery is not always available, such as Russia. We will contact you as soon as the order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking code for the delivery.

At Vekla, we make every effort for orders to be shipped out as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order is paid, stock permitting. Delivery times, under normal conditions, vary per country. 

To give a general indication:

- Benelux: 1 business day
- Europe: 1-2 busines days
- US and Canada: 1-2 business days
- Asia and Middle East: 2-3 business days
- Rest of world: 4 business days

Vekla cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to any external factor. This includes but is not limited to changing weather conditions, customs declaration or postal strike. All custom duties and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not mark down the value or declare the item as gift to avoid customs.

Returns & Refunds

Vekla offers a full 28-day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. All items must be unworn, in original condition, and sent back to us in original packaging. The customer has the option to exchange their product, receive a monetary refund within 28 days, or store credit.

When trying out your order at home, we recommend that you test the shoes on carpet, as to not damage the sole. We are not able to accept returns on items that are not in perfect condition.

All shipping charges and custom duties on returned items are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders placed within the European Union, where returns for exchange are paid by us. The original shipping cost is not refunded for orders placed outside of the European Union. If you wish to return an item, we can provide you with a DHL shipping label. In coherence with Distance selling regulations that apply on online purchases Vekla will not accept returns on the following items. Underwear (regular underwear, beachwear, and socks) or any accessory that come into contact with the skin, nor any tailor made or personalised goods. Only in the case of a production error or fault in delivery, normal return rules apply.

VAT Deduction

All prices shown on our (TBINTRADE GCV) website include the Belgian VAT (Value Added Tax) of 21%. For all orders outside of the EU, as prescribed by international law, VAT is automatically deducted during checkout.   Any cost incurred upon entry of the product(s) in the buyer’s country, are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes but is not limited to the buyer’s own local VAT rate and applicable customs duties.
